From a period catalog, "A heavy duty roofscraper, with a good size, well shaped, malleable iron "D" handle, riveted on to 1 inch iron pipe handle. Other end of handle is riveted into extra heavy duty iron socket, giving scraper needed weight to prevent "jumping" when scraping roofs."
- High quality heavy duty roof scraper made to exacting standards.
- Comfort able "d" handle is cast from malleable iron and riveted onto 1" o.d. steel pipe mid section.
- Carbon steel blade (1/8" thick) is heat treated to with stand tough use and ground to a blunt edge.
- Blade has slotted holes for easy removal when changing blade or regrinding edge.
- Blade is fitted onto heavy duty cast socket.
- Overall length 55" reduces back strain.
