Panel Transition

Here is the drawing of how to do a panel transition:

Start by getting the pitch of your transition.

Bend the ruler into itself to see what exact degree is. In this case it is 140°. Subtract your pitch angle from 180.

Use the chart to scale what your angle bi-sector should be.

Bend up the metal to the desired height.

Crimp the metal at the angle bisector.

Make a second crimp on the right angle.
