I needed a bender asap! Even though they didn't have the one I needed in stock, they got in touch with me very quickly to let me know. They were very fast to respond tp emails, and also John was great to deal with on the phone. They set me up with a great new bender and had it to me within 24 business hours.The bender is wicked too! I placed a very small order online after talking with Sam who guided me. He spotted a mistake I made online, and at his own initiative, he researched the phone number I had called from, and then called to tell me my error. Then he corrected the problem. This is simply outstanding customer service which seldom happens. This is my first and probably last order from Stortz. I wish I could do more business with Sam. If you want real tools that can get the job done and make you look professional, don't water your time anywhere else. They also have a great customer service. A fine product, but I would fire the shipping manager. Terrible carrier service, horrendously overpriced. USPS would have delivered the product in less time, at less than half the cost, and would not have left it at the side of the road to be stolen.

As a Mason on Holiday...I was wandering around Philadelphia in 2014 while visiting relatives. Walking down Vine, I happened across the Stortz shop location. Even though they were closed, Jeff answered the front door. Preceded to give me a personal tour of his families factory. I'll never forget how well i was treated. Before leaving I bought a brick hammer and a grooved slicker... I just retired my hammer to my masons tender and ordered another. Product shipped withing 24 hrs. Top notch people, and amazing tools. Wish they were. Better represented on the west coast. Giving Rose and Bon a run for their money. :)Thanks Stortz family!Life long west coastie customer here!

Patience and knowledgeable best describe my interactions. I had a lot of questions and some that might have been amateurish. I just recieved my new Wuko tool and will give better feedback later but I have owned a smaller Wuko tool for more than 15 years and have been very happy with it. I tried the new Wuko 7200 quickly after getting it and was very pleased with the results, it bends much easier and appears to be a crisper bend. So I'm looking forward to using it on my next job!

I have been ordering specialty tools from Stortz and Son for years, when I need quality specialty tools their site is my first stop. I am in Arizona so it is very important that when I place an order it is shipped promptly and that has always been the case here.
