What flux should I use with 50/50 solder?
The correct flux depends on the material, not the solder. For copper, zinc, or galvanized steel, we highly recommend trying the Express Flux for Oxidized Metals. If soldering stainless steel, you need a stainless steel flux. If soldering aluminum, you need aluminum flux.
Can I use this for electronics?
No. This product is intended for sheet metal and roofing applications. Electronics typically require smaller-diameter rosin-core solder designed for electrical work.
