Create Smooth Convex Curved Metal Panels

The Schlebach BiegeBoy is a specialized sheet metal curving machine for producing convex curved profiles used on dormers, barrel roofs, domes, and other radius roofing and cladding applications. The machine stretches the flange of a previously edged 90° profile, progressively forming the panel to match the required curve.

Note: Stretching capability depends heavily on the material. Copper, zinc, aluminum, and specialty malleable steels are best suited for forming curved panels.
