   Use along with a heat gun and torch and it’s been great. Sharper and higher quality than any other scraper I’ve had.

   I purchased a number of Stortz paint scrapers after finding them online. Since then, I’ve scraped my entire shed using these scrapers and a heat gun. Since the slates on my shed are about 6 inches wide, the 3″ worked perfectly.
   Nothing in the local stores compare. I highly recommend them.

   Besides scraping the paint off my 50 year old house and multiple laps of linseed oil coating on a hundred foot wooden ship, I don’t seem to use my scrapers that often.
   Until I picked up a handful of Stortz scrapers. Depending on how I sharpen them (stone, file or slow speed wet sharpening wheel) I can use these on fine to rough work. They can certainly do fine work, with an adjustment of my grip

   I would consider the 3″ Triangle Paint Scraper – 356-E the must have workhorse for the painter. Its great for flat wood surfaces and lap siding. Three sides means you can get in many miles of paint removal before you have to stop to sharpen it. The shipping was fast and the scrapers were packaged well. I will recommend them to other tradesmen.
