Choose the Right Seamer for a Wider Seam Profile

The ESE 001 Standing Seam Hand Seamer forms the first 90° bend on mechanical-lock standing seam panels and is available in multiple jaw widths to accommodate different seam profiles. It’s particularly useful when taller seams create a wider top profile that won’t properly fit a standard ½” seaming tool.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT WIDTH

Measure the top portion of the female standing seam and select the ESE 001 that most closely matches that width.

Example: A 2″ high standing seam may have a ¾” wide top profile and a ⅝” down leg. In this case, select the ESE001-750 (¾”).
