   I am giving this a 5 star only because of the service I received form the stortz company. This item is handy, but it froze on me. However, one phone call to the company and then sent a replacement. Great service keeps me coming back regardless of the issue. Thank you.

   This is extremely handy to have, but the knob does stick some times
