- This guard is perfect for 1″ high mechanical double lock seams
- LT200 – Slot width of 3/16″ (0.19″ thick) and suited for use with light gauge metals such as 26 gauge galvanized steel, 16oz copper, and .032 aluminum
- LT300 – Slot width of 9/32″ (.281″ thick) and suited to heavier gauge metals such as 20oz copper, 24 gauge pre-finished steel, and products of similar thickness.
- LT200/300 Cut Sheet
- Angled set screws help prevent panel damage
- Oval point stainless steel set screws help protect the seam from damage
- Available in mill finish or 10 factory applied Kynar® colors
- Made from Almag 35, a pure certified aircraft alloy. Its incredible elongation makes it super strong
- No glues or sealants required
- The LT guard is available in Cast Aluminum (mill finish, painted, or primer coat*) or Cast Bronze. Primer coated guards require a final coating by a contractor.
- Tighten the set screws with a 3/16” hex bit on an impact, ratchet or use an Allen wrench, do not over torque!

If your going to ever remove Mechanical Lock panel thats been double seamed, then this is the tool for you. Does exactly what it needs to do. Have to have the right tool for the job.
