What is Roll Forming?

Roll forming is a process that utilizes sets of rolls in “stages” to achieve desired profiles in continuous strips of sheet metal. Roll forming can offer companies the following benefits:

  • No expensive shipping & crating of long panels – you can create the custom length panels at the job site
  • Save time and money from damaged/delayed shipments of materials
  • Labor reduction and waste reduction
  • Any length panels run from coil. Less transverse seams, less chance for leakage
  • Virtually any profile can be consistently formed – much faster than brake forming

When you are ready to take the next step toward growing your metal roofing business by adding a rollformer machine, look no further than RollFormer Corp.
