Franklin Field is the home of the Penn Relays and is the University of Pennsylvania’s stadium for football and lacrosse.   It is a 50,000 person capacity stadium and located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at the eastern edge of Penn’s campus.  It was built in 1895 and was home of the nation’s first scoreboard.  The Philadelphia Eagles home games were played here between the years of 1958-1970.

ACG Slate & Sheet Metal

I visited union roofing contractor Dominic Farello of ACG Roofing who was doing the slate work on various parts of the stadium roof.  Dom is always inviting to me and happy to show me some of the finer points of slate roofing.  Here are few videos I took after spending some time with Dom.
